Bu politika, Foam Gaming tarafından geliştirilen Find or Fill mobil oyununun ("Uygulama") hangi verileri işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.
1. Topladığımız bilgiler
- Oyuncu adı: İlk açılışta misafir olarak yazdığın ad ya da Google / Apple ile girişte hesabından alınan ilk adın. Bu ad, oyunda rakiplerine gösterilir.
- Google veya Apple ile giriş bilgileri: Giriş yaparsan sağlayıcı bize hesap kimliğini, adını ve (paylaşmayı seçersen) e-posta adresini iletir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; sunucularımıza e-posta adresin gönderilmez.
- Oturum kimliği: Bağlantın koptuğunda maça geri dönebilmen için cihazında rastgele bir oturum anahtarı oluşturulur.
- Oyun verileri: Oda kodu, hamleler ve skorlar oyun süresince sunucunun belleğinde tutulur; maç/oda kapandığında silinir. Kalıcı bir oyuncu veritabanı tutmuyoruz.
- Teknik veriler: Sunucumuz, bağlantının çalışması için IP adresini geçici olarak işler (barındırma sağlayıcısının standart kayıtları dahil).
2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob; reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama etkileşim bilgileri gibi verileri reklam sunmak, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için toplayabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan açılışta Google'ın izin formu ile onay istenir; tercihlerini ana ekrandaki Profil → Gizlilik ve reklam tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. iOS'ta takip izni Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency penceresiyle sorulur. 3. Uygulama içi satın alma
"Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı Google Play veya App Store tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerine erişimimiz yoktur; yalnızca satın alımın geçerli olduğu bilgisini alırız.
4. Verilerin paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerini satmıyoruz. Veriler yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için şu sağlayıcılarla işlenir: Google (AdMob, Google ile giriş, Google Play), Apple (Apple ile giriş, App Store) ve sunucu barındırma sağlayıcımız Render.
5. Saklama ve silme
Cihazındaki veriler, uygulamada Profil → Çıkış yap / Profili sıfırla ile ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak silinir. Sunucudaki oyun verileri maç bitince silinir. Ayrıntılar ve talep yolu için: Veri silme.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamayız.
7. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakların vardır. Taleplerini aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsin.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Find or Fill mobile game ("App") by Foam Gaming processes. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Player name: the nickname you enter as a guest, or the first name from your Google / Apple account. It is shown to your opponents in the game.
- Sign-in data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, the provider gives us your account ID, name and (if you choose to share it) email address. This is stored only on your device; your email is never sent to our servers.
- Session ID: a random session key is created on your device so you can rejoin a match after a disconnect.
- Game data: room codes, moves and scores are kept in server memory during play and deleted when the match/room ends. We do not keep a persistent player database.
- Technical data: our server temporarily processes your IP address to keep the connection working (including our hosting provider's standard logs).
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP address, device and interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form at launch and can change their choice under Profile → Privacy & ad preferences. 3. In-app purchases
The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that the purchase is valid.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the providers needed to run the service: Google (AdMob, Google Sign-In, Google Play), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store) and our server host, Render.
5. Retention and deletion
On-device data is removed via Profile → Sign out / Reset profile or by uninstalling the App. Server-side game data is deleted when the match ends. See Data deletion for details and requests.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
